Introducing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

At Figflow, we know that when you're working with product designs, you're handling more than just pixels. You're working with strategy, IP, and competitive advantage.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all Figflow accounts.
Why security matters in design workflows
Design teams often work with sensitive, pre-release material:
New product flows
UX concepts not yet launched
Branding ahead of public rollout
Customer journeys tied to business-critical strategies
And let’s face it: Figma files are more than just design assets. They're living blueprints of your next product move. Which means unauthorized access could lead to real damage.
Whether you're a product lead in a scale-up or a designer at an agency, securing your Figflow account is critical to protecting your team’s work.
What 2FA means for you
Enabling 2FA gives your account a serious security upgrade — without slowing you down. Here’s what you get:
✅ Safer logins — even if your password leaks, no one’s getting in without your second factor.
✅ Protection from account hijacks — keep bad actors out, even in worst-case scenarios.
✅ Peace of mind — knowing your designs, stories, and integrated tools (like Jira) stay protected.
How to turn on 2FA in Figflow
It’s quick and simple:
Log into your Figflow account
Go to Settings → Security
Flip on Two-Factor Authentication
Connect your favorite authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
Just like that, your account is locked down with an extra layer of protection.
Security that scales with your team
As Figflow continues to support fast-moving teams turning Figma designs into real, dev-ready user stories, we’re doubling down on the infrastructure that keeps your work safe.
This 2FA release is just one step. Expect more enhancements in the coming months.
